Thank you for your purchase with OSCEforPAs. We hope you are happy with your purchase.
Refunds
You can request a full refund for a webinar you are not able to attend, up to 6 working days before the event. Any requests after these days will not be eligible for a refund, however if you are unable to attend due to unforeseeable events, you must email us at least 24 hours before the event takes place so we can arrange for another session for you to attend free* of charge.
We do NOT offer refunds for 1-1 sessions that have already taken place but if there are any concerns about the session, please email us so we can investigate this further and come to a mutual agreement.
Online resources for sale are non-refundable.

Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a 1-1 session and need to reschedule a date and time that you have booked, you must notify us immediately within 5 working days prior to the start date. If we are not notified within 5 days prior to the start date, we cannot issue a refund. If you would like to reschedule a date make sure to email us at least 48 hours prior to the session and we will adhere to a response as soon as possible.
